Custom Turbo manifold. From work to install.

To start off I ordered every manifold I could find for a KA24DE and looked at all my options. I ended up picking the most horrible one of them all, lol. But, I had a reason for it. I wanted to show the turbo off with it being to where you could see it, and I knew that with a Lot of work, I could turn it into one of the best manifolds you could have. All of it's ports were way! too small and the wrong shape. So I took a gasket and marked every port the way it needed to be shaped and went to work on it. About 9 hours of work later, I had a manifold that was matched to my engine perfect. With a few coats of some high temp paint, I had it looking good, but not as good as it looked with it on and with the turbo on it. The manifold is so small and compact, I imagine it will really help me spoil the big T4 turbo up faster than any of the other manifolds I had to pick from originally. Here is pics of all the work. I need to take it back off and do some cleaning, plus I still need to port the exhaust side out like I did the intake side.
